  1. Wow, very beautiful salad. I would cook the shrimps in a clean pan though, that brown coating you had on yours must be good, but the salad would look so much better if the shrimps were beautifully clean and pink. I would also use a little cayenne on top of the shrimps at the end, for a cute blush and a little heat. In any case, that salad goes at the center of the table for my next buffet. Thank
