2 Mucci Farms Beefsteak Tomatoes
2 cups Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Arugula
1 lb (454 g) lean ground beef
½ tsp. Alderwood smoked salt or sea salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. aged balsamic vinegar
4 pretzel buns
4 slices old cheddar
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
In a large bowl combine: beef, salt, pepper, mustard and vinegar, but do not overwork meat. Form into 4 patties.
Grill until cooked and centre juices run clear.
Toast buns. On each bottom bun, build burger by layering arugula, cooked patties, cheese, 2 slices tomato and red onion and top buns.
