2 Mucci Farms Bella Sweets™ Super Sweet Mini Peppers, sliced crosswise
4 cups Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Arugula
4 cups Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Lettuce (Frisée Lettuce)
6 Mucci Farms Sapori™ Sweet Cocktail Tomatoes, quartered
1 lb (454 g) flank steak
¼ tsp. each salt and pepper
12 radishes
¼ cup sugar
½ cup water
1 tsp. olive oil
ROSEMARY DIJON VINAIGRETTE:
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup white wine vinegar
3 tbsp. Dijon
1 tbsp. rosemary, finely chopped
1 tsp. garlic, minced
¼ tsp. each salt and pepper
Bring radishes, sugar and water to a simmer over medium/high heat in small sauté pan.
Simmer until radishes are tender and syrup has reduced to a glaze. Set aside to cool and halve or quarter radishes.
Season steak with oil, salt and pepper. Grill over high heat for about 7 minutes on each side (for medium-rare). Let rest about 5 minutes before thinly slicing crosswise.
Arrange arugula, frisée, pepper rings, tomatoes and radish halves on plate.
Top with sliced steak.
For dressing, whisk together oil, vinegar, Dijon, rosemary, garlic and salt and pepper.
Drizzle over salad just before serving.
