1 cup Mucci Farms Smuccies™ Strawberries, halved
1 cup Mucci Farms Smuccies™ Blackberries
2 tbsp lime juice, about 1 large
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sherry vinegar
2 tsp dijon
½ tsp cornstarch
Salt and Pepper
2 cups Watercress
2 cups Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Lettuce
4 cups warm cooked Farro
½ cup diced Brie cheese
¼ cup capers
Preheat oven to 400°F
In a baking dish, combine strawberries, blackberries, lime juice, oil, honey, vinegar, dijon, cornstarch and salt and pepper to taste. Roast for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, arrange watercress, lettuce, farro, brie and capers in a large shallow bowl or platter.
Top salad with hot roasted berries and drizzle with glaze.
