1 pint Sun Drops™ Sweet Grape Tomatoes
2 oz (57 g) Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Basil
1 tub (385 g) of Pearl bocconcini cheese
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Sea salt and pepper
14 -18 skewers
Place an equal amount of tomatoes and bocconcini balls into a bowl and toss with extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt and pepper.
Skewer first your tomato, then a basil leaf followed by a ball of bocconcini cheese.
