1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp chili flakes
225g clamshell Mucci Farms Gourmet Cherry Tomatoes On-The-Vine, removed from vine
⅓ cup pitted and coarsely chopped sun-dried black olives
2 tbsp orange marmalade
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

250g Burrata cheese
Toasted sliced baguette or favourite bread
Heat oil in a medium skillet over high heat. Add garlic and chili flakes; sauté until golden and fragrant. Add tomatoes, black olives, marmalade, and vinegar
Cook stirring frequently until tomatoes have burst. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish liberally with basil leaves
Serve warm with Burrata cheese and toasted baguette
