Spicy Orange Burst Tomatoes

This easy yet impressive appetizer holds a complex layer of flavours in every bite!
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp chili flakes

  • 225g clamshell Mucci Farms Gourmet Cherry Tomatoes On-The-Vine, removed from vine

  • ⅓ cup pitted and coarsely chopped sun-dried black olives

  • 2 tbsp orange marmalade

  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Mucci Farms Living Basil leaves

  • 250g Burrata cheese

  • Toasted sliced baguette or favourite bread

  • Heat oil in a medium skillet over high heat. Add garlic and chili flakes; sauté until golden and fragrant. Add tomatoes, black olives, marmalade, and vinegar

  • Cook stirring frequently until tomatoes have burst. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish liberally with basil leaves

  • Serve warm with Burrata cheese and toasted baguette
