3 Mucci Farms Curio™ Pink Gourmet Tomatoes
½ cup Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Basil, chiffonade
1½ cups Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Arugula
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 slices peppered bacon, cooked
6 slices rosemary focaccia, toasted
In a small bowl, combine basil, mayo, Dijon, cayenne, and Worcestershire.
Spread mayo one side of bread slices; top each with ½ cup arugula, 2 slices bacon and 3 slices of tomato.
Season with pepper to taste.
