8 Mucci Farms Vero™ Tomatoes, sliced
12 slices baguette, cut diagonally
1 clove garlic
¼ cup red onion
¼ cup Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Basil leaves
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Brush baguette slices with 1 tbsp. oil and grill until golden brown. Rub slices with garlic clove.
On each of 4 plates, stack 3 slices baguette, 2 whole sliced tomatoes, red onion and basil leaves.
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, balsamic, salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad just before serving.
