4 cups Mucci Farms Smuccies Sweet Strawberries
2 cups Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Basil, chopped
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup fresh lime juice
5 cups ice
In a small saucepan over medium high heat, simmer basil, sugar and water for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes to steep.
Meanwhile, purée strawberries in blender until smooth. Pour into a large 2 litre pitcher along with fresh lime juice.
Strain basil syrup into pitcher, add ice and stir to combine until ice is mostly melted.
Serve over ice garnished with a strawberry, wedge of lime and fresh basil.
