Into a blender, add the following:
150g Vanilla Dessert Tofu or same amount of silken tofu
1 cup Smuccies™ Sweet Strawberries, hulled, washed and sliced
¼ cup Greek yogurt
⅓ whole banana
Blend until smooth, then pour into a bowl and top with:
3-4 sliced Smuccies
¼ cup Fresh blueberries
1 Tbs. Whole chia seeds
2 Tbs. Toasted coconut chips
Add a sprig of fresh mint and enjoy!
