4 Mucci Farms Terreno™ Naturally Brown Tomatoes, sliced
½ cup grilled marinated artichoke hearts from a jar
½ cup balsamic pickled cipollini onions, quartered
⅓ cup sun dried black olives
1 tbsp each aged balsamic vinegar and olive oil
2 tsp honey
Salt and Pepper to taste

Arrange sliced tomatoes on a large platter, top with artichokes, cipollini onions, and olives.
Drizzle with vinegar, oil and honey. Season to taste with a salt and pepper and garnish with basil.
